The first and only horse since 1978 to win the Triple Crown and the only horse to ever win the “Grand Slam”, (the Triple Crown and the Breeders’ Cup Classic in 2015), American Pharoah is one of the all-time great thoroughbred horses.

American Pharoah’s last quarter mile to the finish the one and half mile Belmont Stakes was faster than Secretariat’s.
